  Aufgrund des Gesetzes zur Wahrung des Rechts auf Auskunft (FOIA -
  Freedom of Information Act) hat in den USA jeder Forscher Zugang zu
  freigegebenen Dokumenten der US-Regierung sowie von Sicherheits-
  diensten und Verteidigungsbehörden.

  Wer eigene Untersuchungen durchführen will, kann an eine der folgenden
  Adressen schreiben. Fordert einfach Informationen zu bestimmten Fällen
  mit folgendem Wortlaut an:

      "I herewith request a copy, under the FIOA regulations, of
       documents relating . If
       yours is not the department to fulfil this request I would
       be grateful if you could transfer my request."
